Refund policy

We want you to love your Zafi Stones piece. Because each item is handcrafted with natural raw gemstones, no two pieces are exactly alike — slight variations in color, shape, and size are part of what makes them special, not a defect.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
